My favorite way to treat anxiety always will be CBD products. There are many of them and you can buy the one that you like the best. They all work just fine for this problem. You can start from oils, or gummies and then when you tire of it you can change it to Blessed CBD cream or anything else. Good luck with treating anxiety.
